I'm not sure whether i can share this yet officially, but since im quite excited about this, i decided to just give a sneak peek of whats to come in Silver Spoon Publika's menu which we plan to launch after Chinese New Year.
The new menu will include many local/asian infused flavours with western dishes that will sure tease our local tastebuds. As usual, we stick to our values of good and fresh food with good value, many ingredients will be prepared a la minute "prepared to order". In fact, chef insist upon this idealogy.
There's also an increase of interesting small bites that will go well with a drink or two... or three :)
Without further elaboration, here's some pictures i took. I'm quite happy of how it turned out, considering im such a noob photographer.


Smoked Norwegian Salmon Salad
Served with Argula Greens and tossed with citrus dressing & spicy walnut pesto

Smoked Duck Salad
Served with Mesculin Mix, watermelon, peach dressing & topped with crumbled feta cheese


Crispy Calamari
Salted egg Marinated Squid served with wasabi mayo

One of my favourite dish- Fideau Negra Con Aioli
Spanish squid ink pasta, gratinated with garlic mayo

Polpetta- Beef Meatballs served in brown sauce, cheese torched

Get your hands down and dirty with this - BBQ Chicken Wings

A Local favourite- Cheesy Nachos with Mango Salsa & delicious Guacamole

Spicy chicken skewer- served with lemon garlic mayo

Chicken Lasagna - Braised minced chicken in tomato

Chef's famous Lamb Cutlet, gratinated with mint aioli

What else to look out for? Foie Gras Sliders oh yums! served with apricot chutney and charcoal bun
Crazy charcoal pizza flavours such as mexican, prawn tandoori, Salmon teriyaki
of course the old favourite such as smoked duck hoisin sauce stays
Also keep an eye out for our Silver Spoon's Caesar Salad with tandoori chicken and quail eggs, something i know i wont say no to!

wahhhh ... clap clap clap! congratulations to your chef for coming up with these cool creations! i'll drop by for duck-&-watermelon salad, squid ink pasta, foie sliders, charcoal pizza & tandoori caesar salad!!! ooh, and your next mission: a cocktail list that'll explore new frontiers, just like the food here pushes the envelope for excitement! :D

Waah! I definitely visit for the Polpetta, Linguine Alfredo (runny egg lar), Foie Gras sliders and the crazy charcoal pizzas! =)

Too bad there's no veal dishes...if there is I'm in heaven! :P
